HOAFE membership is voluntary, and all those serving on the Board and Architecture Control Committee (ACC) are also volunteers elected from within the membership.

Membership benefits include but are not limited to: Newsletters and email correspondence with information on local issues and developments; neighborhood representation at local government meetings; covenant enforcement; annual meetings to meet neighbors, vote on issues and listen to guest speakers.
